DEVELOPMENT UPDATE JULY 2026
We have achieved some significant milestones across Jacaranda this quarter, with the completion of bulk earthworks across the initial stages of the project marking a major step forward.
Civil works across Stage 1 have commenced, including kerb installation and the delivery of essential services that will support future homes. At the same time, the Spinks Road upgrade works are progressing, helping to improve future access and connectivity throughout the project.
One of the most exciting developments on site is the construction of Jacaranda’s future lake. With the final shape now clearly emerging, this signature community feature is beginning to come to life and provides a glimpse of open space and play areas that Celestino is known for.
